Christmas party venue questions

When can I book the Christmas party package?: The festive package runs in November and December only. Dates outside those two months are shown as unavailable for this package in the booking calendar, and our other venue packages stay available all year.
How long do we get the venue for?: Three hours of private hire, plus an hour beforehand to set up, drop off food and finish your table decorations.
What does the festive styling include?: Christmas-themed venue styling, a festive backdrop and display, festive LED lighting and a personalised Christmas welcome board — all part of the package price.
Can we add a DJ, sax player or balloons?: Yes. A DJ, sax player, bongo player, balloons and light-up numbers can be added to the same booking at our normal live prices, so there is nothing extra to arrange separately.
How do we secure the date?: A £50 non-refundable deposit reserves your date and is deducted from your total. The remaining balance is due the day before your event.
