We ran a survey to find out how many young kids or adults wanted be DJs and was shocked to see how many were really interested in it but didn’t know where to start, so….. We decided to put together a course that would strip back all the problems a beginner DJ would face but also provide the industry standard equipment that was needed to teach them on that they could then translate into a club venue setting. This course would take place either as 1-2-1 tutoring, or a group session inside a classroom using pioneer CDJS & pioneer controller. The course will start very basic, guiding around the equipment that you will use ensuring everyone is at the same standard and understanding.
FROM BEGINNER TO EXPERT LEVEL
Eventually moving towards the formulations within music learning beats and bars tempo bpm pitch control looping and effects. This course will be mainly a practical based course with some theory and written work. At the end of this course you will have a very good understanding of how to operate industry standard DJ equipment and be able to mix two tracks together seamlessly using pitch control. This information can be taken away and used to further your career as a DJ.
